1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 999fk website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. 2. Eligibility Requirements

To register and use the 999fk Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements. 999fk reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

  • You must be at least 21 years of age. 999fk strictly prohibits access by anyone under 21. Age verification may be required at any point during your use of the Platform.
  • You must be registering on your own behalf as an individual. Corporate or institutional registrations are not permitted on the 999fk player platform.
  • You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using 999fk is lawful in your jurisdiction.
  • You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 999fk Platform or any associated platform, nor must you be on any self-exclusion register applicable to online gaming platforms.

Age Restriction — Important

999fk operates strictly as an adult gaming platform for players aged 21 and above. If we discover or reasonably suspect that a player is under 21, their account will be immediately suspended, all funds held pending investigation, and any winnings accumulated during underage play will be forfeited. Parents and guardians are responsible for preventing minors from accessing online gaming services.

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one registered account on the 999fk Platform. The opening of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, device, payment method, or IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and any balances forfeited.

  • You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information at the time of registration and keep that information current throughout your use of the Platform. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information is a breach of these Terms.
  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. 999fk will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep your username and password secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately.
  • 999fk reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) at any time, including before processing a withdrawal. Players must submit valid government-issued identification documents when requested. Failure to complete KYC within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.
  • 999fk reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, where it reasonably believes a player is in breach of these Terms, is engaging in fraudulent or suspicious activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.
  • Account ownership is non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise assign your 999fk account or any associated balance to any third party under any circumstances.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

999fk supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods suited to Bangladeshi players, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and major international card schemes. All financial transactions on the Platform are subject to the following conditions.

  • The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for most supported payment methods. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and account verification status. 999fk reserves the right to set individual deposit limits on a per-account basis.
  • All funds deposited into your 999fk account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and will result in the transaction being reversed and the account investigated.
  • Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 999fk may withhold withdrawals pending completion of KYC documentation. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that match the deposit source and are registered in the account holder's name.
  • 999fk does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own fees or exchange rate margins. 999fk is not responsible for fees charged by third-party payment services.
  • 999fk reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other breach of these Terms. Relevant funds may be retained pending investigation and may be forfeited if a breach is confirmed.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

999fk offers various bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer as well as the general conditions below. In the event of any conflict, the specific bonus terms take precedence.

  • All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement (rollover) for each bonus is stated in that bonus's specific terms. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the wagering requirements before accepting any bonus.
  • Bonuses are awarded to one account per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method. Attempts to claim multiple bonuses by circumventing this restriction — including by registering multiple accounts — constitute bonus abuse and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.
  • 999fk reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, including where the bonus was awarded in error or exploited contrary to the spirit of the offer.
  • Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to the stated value per spin and any winnings generated are subject to the wagering requirement specified in the promotion terms before they can be withdrawn as real funds.
  • Bonuses and associated winnings may expire if wagering requirements are not met within the timeframe specified in the bonus terms. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings will be removed from your account automatically.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on 999fk are provided by third-party certified game studios. Game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have been independently tested and certified for fairness by the respective game providers. 999fk does not manipulate game outcomes.

  • Bets placed are final and cannot be cancelled once confirmed by the system. In live betting, odds may change rapidly. By confirming a bet you accept the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Bets placed after an event has commenced may be voided at 999fk's discretion if the bet is deemed to have been placed with the benefit of post-event information.
  • In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, the round result may be voided and any wager for that round refunded to your account. 999fk will make reasonable efforts to resolve technical disputes in a fair and timely manner.
  • 999fk reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of a pricing error, data feed error, or where the integrity of an event has been compromised. In such cases the stake for the voided bet will be returned to the player's account.
  • Maximum win limits may apply to certain game types, bet types, or promotional offers. Where a maximum win limit applies, any winnings exceeding that limit will be capped at the stated maximum regardless of the game outcome. Applicable maximum win limits will be stated in the relevant game or promotion terms.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 999fk Platform. 999fk reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, forfeit all balances, and where appropriate report the matter to relevant authorities.

  • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform itself.
  • Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform to gain a financial advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a technical error will be voided and the account suspended pending investigation.
  • Engaging in money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or any other financial crime using the 999fk Platform. 999fk actively monitors transactions for suspicious activity and will cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities where required.
  • Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, sharing account access with third parties for the purpose of gaining a competitive advantage, or participating in any form of match-fixing in relation to sports events available on the Platform.
  • Registering an account if you are under 21 years of age, registering on behalf of another person without their explicit consent, or providing false identity information at any stage of the registration or verification process.

Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, 999fk may take any or all of the following actions without prior notice: immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all account balances including any pending withdrawals, reversal of any winnings obtained through the prohibited conduct, and referral to law enforcement or relevant regulatory bodies. 999fk's determination as to what constitutes prohibited conduct is final.

8. Responsible Gaming

10. Limitation of Liability

999fk does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 999fk makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation, availability, or accuracy of the Platform or the games offered on it.

11. Amendments to Terms

999fk may amend these Terms at any time. Where the amendment is material, 999fk will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the Platform or by email. Your continued use of the Platform after such notification constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and 999fk regarding these Terms or the operation of the Platform, you agree to first contact 999fk's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. 999fk will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes fairly and promptly. Where an informal resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with 999fk's dispute resolution procedure as published on the Platform from time to time.
